WALK N ROLL -

First Annual Walkathon

Walk-N-Roll: Celebrating Inclusion, Awareness, and Community

Our first annual Walk-N-Roll was a wonderful success, bringing walkers and rollers together to celebrate inclusion, spread awareness, and support individuals with special needs. Participants enjoyed a fun-filled day with activities including rock painting, face painting, music by Bright Beats, refreshing treats from Kona Ice, NUNN Hydration packets, and our concession table. We are especially grateful for SEPTA’s incredible support and for everyone who helped make this event memorable.

Together, walkers and rollers completed an almost one-mile course, proudly spreading the message of inclusion and acceptance throughout the community. Thanks to the generosity of our participants, sponsors, and donors, we raised nearly $3,100, which will be donated to Kilmer Center School to purchase much-needed equipment for students with special needs.

A special thank-you to Dr. Michelle Reed, Superintendent of Fairfax County Public School for her presence, encouragement, and unwavering support of our mission.

A heartfelt thank-you to all our sponsors, donors, volunteers, and supporters for making Walk-N-Roll such a meaningful and successful event!
