My Vision

My Vision

As a sibling of a special needs brother, I wanted to bring a more diverse perspective to this important community. Although the special needs community has been brought into light in recent years, I feel as though it could represent more people. After finding out I have a special needs brother, the first question people ask me “is he Autistic?” Trying to describe my brother’s condition to others is extremely challenging as they have no idea what to imagine. That’s why I would love to raise awareness about different conditions that special needs kids have and what their siblings have to experience.

What can you do ?

A humbling event where Reema and Sheel visited a special needs school in Kenya and met the special needs children and their siblings.

A large event in Pune where Reema and Sheel were able to raise awareness for siblings of special needs..

The Goldfinger’s are a wonderful family with three exceptional siblings supporting one another.

A fun event where special needs and their siblings made pizza together.

During this event Reema and Sheel learnt a lot about a sibling’s love and care.

Reema and Sheel were able to meet special needs and their siblings for book reading and other fun activities.

During Covid, Reema and Sheel invited special needs and their siblings to a fun event that had many activities.
